Ryan Otsuka, M.D.
Dr. Ryan Otsuka is a board certified general ophthalmologist (Eye Specialist) in Honolulu, Hawaii. Dr. Otsuka was born and raised in Honolulu and is an alumnus of ‘Iolani School. Dr. Otsuka completed his undergraduate studies at Northwestern University before returning home to attend medical school at the University of Hawaii John A Burns School of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center before returning to Honolulu to open his practice at Kuakini Medical Center.
